Replacement Policy

Please document or create a single-take unboxing/unpacking video.

For any claims regarding a damaged or defective product, a replacement request accompanied by the video is required to be placed within 24 hours of delivery of the product.

Failure to submit a valid video wherein the said damage or defect is clearly visible will lead to no replacement.

The damaged or defective product must be reverse shipped by you within 10 days of the delivery date.

Replacement with the same item will be honoured subject to availability.
