While they may seem like a lot of conditions, please bear in mind that we are a small business and these have been put in place to ensure the best service can be provided to you.

Replacement Policy

  • Please document or create a single-take unboxing/unpacking video.

  • For any claims regarding a damaged or defective product, a replacement request accompanied by the video is required to be placed within 24 hours of delivery of the product.

  • Failure to submit a valid video wherein the said damage or defect is clearly visible will lead to no replacement.

  • The damaged or defective product must be reverse shipped by you within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • Replacement with the same item will be honoured subject to availability.
